They’re a scam. And they do a terrible job. They have no documented prices. They tell you a price You pay that price. And when you find out there doing a terrible job. And want to stop there services. They say oh company policy says we gotta charge you to get out. But have no policy documented. Anywhere. Never have you sign a contract. They just make it up. That your in a contract. They set you up. And scam you into paying more than you want.

If I could give this company a negative review I would. I called them to come out to do a simple service to which they did & when they came they explained it would be $106 & $60 monthly. The technician never explained it was a 2 year contract which I never signed because we weren’t made aware of it. I then called back & told them I didn’t want to do the monthly as I felt it was currently unnecessary due to the time of year, they told me I was unable to do that & then charged me another $293 & stated it was because if I had mentioned it was only a one time service it would have been $375. I then asked them to not charge the card on the account, & the next day that’s exactly what they did & when I called the rep told me he was the one who did it & it was because they wouldn’t bill me for that much it had to be taken by card, when all they had to do was call & get another card…This company is fraudulent and has TERRIBLE communication. If they had just disclosed any and all this information from the beginning none of this would an issue. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Residents in West Deptford Choose Ross Environmental Solutions for Pest Control and Termite Extermination

---

West Deptford stretches along the Delaware River from the Route 295 and Route 130 corridors to the RiverWinds community and the riverfront industrial zone. It is a township of established neighborhoods such as Thorofare, Verga, and Red Bank, with mid-century homes on modest lots, newer developments near RiverWinds, and a long riverfront of refineries, terminals, and warehouses. The river, the industry, and the older housing stock each shape the pests residents deal with.

Rodents are the most common call we get in West Deptford. The riverfront industrial properties and the warehouses along Route 130 provide year-round harborage, and mice and rats migrate into nearby neighborhoods every fall. Mosquitoes breed in the Delaware’s tidal marshes, Mantua Creek, and Big Timber Creek, making summers difficult near the water. Termites are active in older neighborhoods where aging foundations meet damp soil, and carpenter ants, cockroaches, and stinging insects round out the seasonal pressure across the township.

That is where Ross Environmental Solutions comes in. For over 30 years, our expert team has been the go-to choice for pest control services and termite extermination in West Deptford and throughout Gloucester County. We are experts at protecting homes and businesses from unwanted pests with effective, reliable, and environmentally responsible treatments.

Mold Removal and Bed Bug Detection in West Deptford

---

West Deptford’s proximity to the Delaware River and its tidal creeks means high humidity and a shallow water table, and the township’s older homes with basements and crawl spaces feel it most. Mold can develop in those spaces before anyone notices. Our licensed mold removal and remediation team finds the moisture source, removes the growth, and corrects the condition for good. For bed bug concerns, Emmy our Bedbug Inspection Dog provides West Deptford families with fast, accurate detection.
