They’re a scam. And they do a terrible job. They have no documented prices. They tell you a price   You pay that price. And when you find out there doing a terrible job. And want to stop there services. They say oh company policy says we gotta charge you to get out. But have no policy documented. Anywhere. Never have you sign a contract. They just make it up. If I could give this company a negative review I would. I called them to come out to do a simple service to which they did & when they came they explained it would be $106 & $60 monthly. The technician never explained it was a 2 year contract which I never signed because we weren’t made aware of it. I then called back & told them I didn’t want to do the monthly as I felt it was currently unnecessary due to the time of year, they told me I was unable to do that & then charged me another $293 & stated it was because if I had mentioned it was only a one time service it would have been $375. I then asked them to not charge the card on the account, & the next day that’s exactly what they did & when I called the rep told me he was the one who did it & it was because they wouldn’t bill me for that much it had to be taken by card, when all they had to do was call & get another card…This company is fraudulent and has TERRIBLE communication.
